Meet Adam...
Adam Dickinson is our latest team member to earn his AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) designation. Adam joined de Stecher Appraisals in 2005 during a University of New Brunswick (UNB) co-op work term.
Adam graduated from UNB with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Economics major) in 2006 and stayed with de Stecher to build his career in the real estate valuation and consulting sector. After three years of additional part-time coursework, in 2009, Adam was granted the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia.
With this education and almost four years of appraisal industry experience fresh in his mind, Adam received his AACI designation in 2009.
Adam has worked on appraisal and consulting assignments relating to income, investment and institutional properties including apartment buildings, warehouses, land, subdivision developments and a variety of historic and community churches. When an assignment calls for it, Adam gladly snowshoes, hikes or rides his bicycle to appraise and understand rugged and remote terrain for clients.
