Meet Chip...
Chip joined de Stecher Miller & Associates in 1986 and became a Director of the company in 1989 when he had completed requirements for the CRA designation. Chip is primarily responsible for the company's residential operations.
Chip grew up in Rothesay and completed high school at Rothesay Collegiate School in 1965. He attended the University of New Brunswick, then the New Brunswick Community College where he obtained a Business Administration Diploma. Prior to becoming a fee appraiser, Chip had a successful career with an international mortgage and loan company. The experience he gained as Branch Manager in charge of personal mortgage loans proved invaluable when he entered the appraisal profession.
Chip has experience in appraising a wide variety of properties including townhouses, garden homes, condominium units and luxury/executive homes.
